I’m Coach Tracy – a native Angeleno born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. I currently live in North Inglewood, California with my loving husband and our three beautiful pups.
Growing up, I was a pretty chubby kid until I started playing basketball in high school and college before transferring to the illustrious Alabama State University, where I earned my degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences.

It was a pleasure working out with Coach Tracy. Her coaching style fits my workout style. She knows her stuff and gave me advice on good recipes to try to meal prep. She’s is super encouraging and overall a joy to be around. I don’t feel like her approach is cookie cutter and she’s bases it to my specific fitness goals. I would definitely DEFINITELY work out with her again, take a class with her, be a bunnie, all of the above because she is awesome and her work ethic and personality are unmatched. She definitely turns my mood into a positive one.
Coach Tracy’s online presence has continuously provided me with inspiration to stay consistent! From watching her diligently work hard to transform in order to take the stage in competitions, to seeing her post-workout dance sessions, her content always brightens my day and encourages me to keep going AND have fun with fitness! Her energy is infectious and as authentic as they come. It is also clear that she’s extremely knowledgeable and truly values her talents/craft. I’d highly recommend her to anyone in the area or online!
Coach Tracy is absolutely amazing!! I just started working out with her a little over 6 weeks now and have seen tremendous results. I’m down about 9 lbs and I can see and feel the difference! I feel stronger and more confident and I truly owe it all to Tracy and her fitness and nutrition coaching. I am so grateful for her.

I’ve been training with Tracy for 4 months now but have known her for much longer. I met Tracy very early on in her Coaching career. Not only have I seen her grow her business but I've also been able to see her put grow personally. She's the real deal.
