Welcome to the fluffle!

I’m Coach Tracy – a native Angeleno born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. I currently live in North Inglewood, California with my loving husband and our three beautiful pups.

Growing up, I was a pretty chubby kid until I started playing basketball in high school ​​and college before transferring to the illustrious Alabama State University, where I earned my degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences.

After a diverse corporate career spanning roles like – Director of Communications for a festival in the United Kingdom and Quality Operations Manager in Silicon Beach, California – I realized my deep passions for, health & wellness, fitness and food. In 2019 I obtained my Nutrition Specialist certification in order to deepen my knowledge bank.

In January 2023 I not only exited my career in tech and pivoted into the world of fitness full time; I also embarked on my bodybuilding journey, debuting at the historic Muscle Beach Labor Day Classic at Venice Beach, CA. In the Spring of 2024, I launched my fitness coaching business – Tracy Jensen Coaching.

These days I’m living my best Gym Bunny/Pump Princess life and helping bunnies (clients) build strong bodies they are confident in through my online and in person coaching programs.
